Designing and building a flagship headquarters for Uspa in Melbourne, combined their head office with retail outlet, day-spa and professional training facility. The design of the retail space strongly reflects Uspa’s philosophy to create a sense of wellbeing and harmony using the best from nature.

The interior features raw materials, giving the visitor an experience, not just of place, but of mind-set. Organic tones and textures reflect the environmentally sustainable use of product, materials and finishes.

Design highlights include a seven metre long cocoon shaped light sculpture, crafted from willow reeds, and, a hand-forged iron balustrade shaped as a tree. The theme continues with an evocative photographic feature wall and recycled timber shelving cantilevered from random cut limestone walls.
